Rentiva began with a simple frustration: the gap between a polished hotel suite and a generic vacation rental was too wide. We wanted residences with the soul of a private home and the standards of a five-star.

We started in Miami because it's where we live — Coconut Grove pool houses, Wynwood lofts, Coral Gables estates, South Beach apartments. Most of what we do is here, and that's by design.

A small portion of the collection extends beyond — quieter Florida coastlines and a handful of destinations our owners introduced us to. Every property, near or far, is personally inspected against the same 50-point standard.
